NOMAD Swimming offers online coaching for folks who are unable to find a qualified coach locally but want to improve their stroke, endurance and/or strength
AVAILABLE FOR ONLINE CLIENTS:
Available through Online Video Chat and/or email. Clients will send in videos of their stroke and coach Lainie will offer feedback and propose drills to help correct stroke inefficiencies.
